生态文化旅游的价值评价研究

旅游业已经成为现代经济增长一个新的亮点,特别是生态文化旅游的增长速度更是惊人,而其发展的价值平衡是生态学和经济学必须面对的一个难题。本文依据意大利经济学家帕累托的不均匀分布定律,运用埃奇渥斯盒状分析图,在某一选定的生态资源环境的承载量既定的基础上,从生态文化旅游的价值交换的角度考虑,并且从定性研究转向定量研究,分析研究生态文化旅游的价值帕累托最优曲线,用以筛选生态文化旅游的工程项目。

内控文化与内控制度是构建商业银行内控管理体系的两个重要支柱。内控文化是内控制度有效执行的基础，而内控制度又是传播和提升内控文化的最好载体，两者相互依存、相互渗透。只有将它们进行有效的链接才能提高商业银行内控管理的执行效果。     

Organizational Culture: A Framework and Strategies for Facilitating Employee Whistleblowing

Seven dimensions of organizational culture that influence the employee reflection process that ultimately leads to whistleblowing behavior are presented. These include 1) vigilance, 2) engagement, 3) credibility, 4) accountability, 5) empowerment, 6) courage, and 7) options. Key considerations within each dimension are discussed and a compliance framework is used to identify strategies for encouraging a culture that supports employee communication, questioning, and reporting of illegal, unethical, and illegitimate practices within organizations.     

Legalistic organizational responses to catastrophic illness: The effect of stigmatization on reactions to HIV/AIDS

The HIV/AIDS epidemic has focused increased attention on catastrophic illnesses in the workplace, and because of the stigmas associated with HIV/AIDS, it raises three primary concerns for organizations: (1) organizational avoidance of legal sanctions and litigation; (2) the maintenance of organizational legitimacy; and (3) organizational protection of employee rights. Although many organizations adopt legalistic responses to cope with these concerns, the analysis presented in this article suggests that while legalistic approaches function well to protect organizational interests in terms of both legal liability and legitimacy, the are only partially able to protect employee rights. Drawing upon the limited literature on HIV/AIDS in the workplace, this article presents an agenda for future research on organizational responses to HIV/AIDS.     

企业文化对员工心理契约的影响机制研究——以某高科技上市公司为例

本文的基本观点是,企业文化是通过影响员工心理契约的形成而发挥作用的。本研究发现,企业文化是员工心理契约形成的更一般性的基础,企业文化的特征将决定员工心理契约的性质。我们认为,员工心理契约是一个平衡结构,员工责任和组织责任在内容和强度上都需要平衡。     

论饭店核心竞争力的培育

在激烈的市场竞争态势下,饭店企业只有走出对核心竞争力的认识误区,通过正确的途径培育核心竞争力,才能真正建立自己的核心竞争优势。文章在分析目前饭店核心竞争力的认识误区基础上,提出了从科学高效地配置资源、创新产品和服务、提升饭店企业培育文化3方面培育饭店核心竞争力。     

Trade matters except to war neighbors: The international stock market reaction to 2022 Russia’s invasion of Ukraine

We investigate the role of international trade and proximity to war in international stock markets during the invasion of Ukraine by employing DiD designs and panel data comprising 70 stock markets. We find that differences in trade exposure to warring countries (trade effect) have a substantial and negative impact on non-European equity markets but are irrelevant for European markets. In contrast, differences in the distance to warring countries (proximity effect) have a significant and negative impact on European markets but have no bearing on non-European markets. We find that the relevance of rent from mineral, natural gas, and oil resources and the relevance of metals, ores, and fuels in exports operate as mitigators of the trade effect. Our paper provides valuable empirical evidence regarding the importance of mitigating the vulnerability of financial markets to international trade when a major war breaks out.     

论西部生态脆弱区贫困问题的文化救助

西部生态脆弱区与经济贫困有很强的相关性,并表现出许多共同的文化特征。这里的农民长期在日益边缘化的空间系统中生活,贫困状态得不到改善而形成一种落后的文化形态,导致环境持续恶化与贫困恶性循环。这种顽固性贫困按照一般经济和技术的方式扶贫很难奏效,不考虑贫困农民出路的生态建设也往往事与愿违。应该充分考虑文化救助的问题,吸取秦文化的精华,建立生态补偿与文化救助的促动机制,把环境保护、经济发展和文化建设结合起来进行综合治理。     

先进的循环经济文化模式构建分析

从循环经济与循环经济文化的关系入手，探讨了循环经济文化的不同层次，提出了构建先进循环经济文化模式的路径选择，即培育循环经济文化观，倡导绿色生产观，弘扬绿色消费观。

社会的和谐是现代化社会的基础，世界各国现代化的实践表明，唯有使文化现代化才能有整个社会的现代化。有中国特色社会主义现代化道路的实践进一步证明了文化、经济与社会发展之间有密切的联系，因为政治、法律制度的完善、经济制度的改革都会直接触及整个社会的一般文化传统和文化背景。
